Welcome to the newly remodeled Turtle Watch Villa at Seaside Villas! This renovated beachview 1-bedroom villa on the 2nd floor offers stunning ocean views and direct beach access. Thoughtfully redesigned, the 518 square foot space comfortably accommodates 1-4 guests, making it an ideal retreat for couples, young families, or friends seeking the ultimate Hilton Head Island beach getaway.

The villa is efficiently organized with a full-service kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, a K-cup coffee maker, and a traditional coffee maker. It includes everything you need to enjoy meals at home or simply make your morning coffee before heading out to one of the amazing eateries in Hilton Head. Across from the kitchen area you will find a sleek custom built-in quartz breakfast bar that conveniently doubles as a workspace. Alternatively, guests can dine outdoors at the high-top table & chairs on the generously sized deck.

Entertainment is covered with two flat-screen TVs, each furnished with Rokus for seamless streaming pleasure.

Sleeping arrangements at Turtle Watch include a brand new luxurious king-size bed, cozy junior bunk beds nestled in a charming hallway nook, with privacy curtains, (perfect for kids under 12), and a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress in the living room. The open layout, with no separating wall or door between the bedroom and hallway, enhances the sense of spaciousness in the bedroom area.

Convenient washer and dryer facilities are located just a few doors down the hall in the nearby coin laundry for added ease. For your convenience, a laundry hamper is provided to make trips to the laundry room easier. You will also find 2 starter packs of laundry detergent for your convenience.

Seaside Villas boasts a prime location within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, famous dining spots, and various shops. The entire group will also enjoy the nearby Low Country Centennial Park, just a short walk from the villa. Guest parking at Seaside Villas is complimentary and allows for one vehicle per reservation.

Experience the convenience of direct beach access without crossing any streets, allowing you to immerse yourself in beachfront bliss and vitamin sea.

Guests are invited to book stays ranging from 2 to 14 days, while snowbirds or remote workers can take advantage of extended visits from November to March, with special monthly rates available.

Guests are invited to use the beach gear stored on the balcony, with additional items in the storage bench. GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN BEACH TOWELS. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE THEM.

For optimal comfort and an intimate beachfront experience, a maximum of 4 guests is set at this cozy villa.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
